It is our goal that you love your purchase, however, all of our products are hand crafted which places limitations on our shipping, exchange and return capabilities. Feel free to contact us with any questions you have before ordering, and we’ll be happy to help,
Shipping
Unless stated differently, our pieces are handcrafted and takes around 5-15 working days to produce and will be ready to be delivered the following working day. If you need your order sooner than that please get in touch and we will accommodate your request.
Thailand orders: free standard shipping
International orders: shipping price for standard is 15 euro taking between 10-15 working days to arrive and express is 35 euro taking around 3-5 working days to arrive.
* Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates. Below is the estimation of the delivery timeframe.
* Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.
* While we use extremely reliable postage service, in rare situations, which has yet to happen, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
RETURNS
& EXCHANGES
We accept returns only on full-price orders of non-customized and non-preorder jewelry items within 7 days from the day merchandise is delivered if the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Our baby/kids clothing items can be exchanged for different sizes of the same design. To return or exchange your order, please send your item and proof of purchase with the word “return” and a reason for the return written on it to: Thai DNA GmbH 27/31 Soi Si Bamphen, Thung Maha Mek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120 Thailand. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you have not received your return within 10-20 days of approval, please contact us.
* Pre-orders and Customized orders are final sale.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
